One of the major reasons Vista is a leader in quality is found in our tungsten carbide powders. The manufacturing process starts with the powder preparation and blending.
All ingredients are analyzed to strict specifications before milling of the powder begins. By blending all of our powders in-house we are able to offer quicker turnaround on your orders. The sintered samples of the powders are put through a battery of quality tests to ensure proper microstructure, density and hardness. Only after passing these strict quality tests are the powders entered into inventory, along with a complete data history of that lot of material.
